Design:

• Screw is design cording to the material required to be processed
• Barrels are provided with ample thickness to withstand internal pressure. These are especially designed and ensued as there is minimum vibration even when operating the extruder at its maximum rated speed
• The extruder is powered by standard motor and Helical gearbox

Electric Panel:

• The control cabinet is provided with an automatic cut off system which regulates the temperature
• The barrel to the use of the good quality heater and thermocouples
